Today’s verse
Surah Al-Baqarah · Ayah 131
madani
إِذْ قَالَ لَهُۥ رَبُّهُۥٓ أَسْلِمْ قَالَ أَسْلَمْتُ لِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
“When his Lord said unto him: Surrender! he said: I have surrendered to the Lord of the Worlds.”
“Behold! his Lord said to him: "Bow (thy will to Me):" He said: "I bow (my will) to the Lord and Cherisher of the Universe."”
“When his Lord said to him, "Submit", he said "I have submitted [in Islam] to the Lord of the worlds."”
“স্মরণ কর, যখন তাকে তার পালনকর্তা বললেনঃ অনুগত হও। সে বললঃ আমি বিশ্বপালকের অনুগত হলাম।”
“جب ان سے ان کے پروردگار نے فرمایا کہ اسلام لے آؤ تو انہوں نے عرض کی کہ میں رب العالمین کے آگے سر اطاعت خم کرتا ہوں”
