Surah Aal ʿImran · Ayah 19

“Lo! religion with Allah (is) the Surrender (to His Will and Guidance). Those who (formerly) received the Scripture differed only after knowledge came unto them, through transgression among themselves. Whoso disbelieveth the revelations of Allah (will find that) lo! Allah is swift at reckoning.”

“The Religion before Allah is Islam (submission to His Will): Nor did the People of the Book dissent therefrom except through envy of each other, after knowledge had come to them. But if any deny the Signs of Allah, Allah is swift in calling to account.”

“Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allah, then indeed, Allah is swift in [taking] account.”

“নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহর নিকট গ্রহণযোগ্য দ্বীন একমাত্র ইসলাম। এবং যাদের প্রতি কিতাব দেয়া হয়েছে তাদের নিকট প্রকৃত জ্ঞান আসার পরও ওরা মতবিরোধে লিপ্ত হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র পরস্পর বিদ্বেষবশতঃ, যারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহের প্রতি কুফরী করে তাদের জানা উচিত যে, নিশ্চিতরূপে আল্লাহ হিসাব গ্রহণে অত্যন্ত দ্রুত।”

“دین تو خدا کے نزدیک اسلام ہے اور اہل کتاب نے جو (اس دین سے) اختلاف کیا تو علم ہونے کے بعد آپس کی ضد سے کیا اور جو شخص خدا کی آیتوں کو نہ مانے تو خدا جلد حساب لینے والا (اور سزا دینے والا) ہے”
