Surah Aal ʿImran · Ayah 36

“And when she was delivered she said: My Lord! Lo! I am delivered of a female - Allah knew best of what she was delivered - the male is not as the female; and lo! I have named her Mary, and lo! I crave Thy protection for her and for her offspring from Satan the outcast.”

“When she was delivered, she said: "O my Lord! Behold! I am delivered of a female child!"- and Allah knew best what she brought forth- "And no wise is the male Like the female. I have named her Mary, and I commend her and her offspring to Thy protection from the Evil One, the Rejected."”

“But when she delivered her, she said, "My Lord, I have delivered a female." And Allah was most knowing of what she delivered, "And the male is not like the female. And I have named her Mary, and I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah]."”

“অতঃপর যখন তাকে প্রসব করলো বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা! আমি একে কন্যা প্রসব করেছি। বস্তুতঃ কি সে প্রসব করেছে আল্লাহ তা ভালই জানেন। সেই কন্যার মত কোন পুত্রই যে নেই। আর আমি তার নাম রাখলাম মারইয়াম। আর আমি তাকে ও তার সন্তানদেরকে তোমার আশ্রয়ে সমর্পণ করছি। অভিশপ্ত শয়তানের কবল থেকে।”

“جب ان کے ہاں بچہ پیدا ہوا اور جو کچھ ان کے ہاں پیدا ہوا تھا خدا کو خوب معلوم تھا تو کہنے لگیں کہ پروردگار! میرے تو لڑکی ہوئی ہے اور (نذر کے لیے) لڑکا (موزوں تھا کہ وہ) لڑکی کی طرح (ناتواں) نہیں ہوتا اور میں نے اس کا نام مریم رکھا ہے اور میں اس کو اور اس کی اولاد کو شیطان مردود سے تیری پناہ میں دیتی ہوں”
