Surah Al-Mujadila · Ayah 9
madani
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا تَنَٰجَيْتُمْ فَلَا تَتَنَٰجَوْا۟ بِٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ وَمَعْصِيَتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَتَنَٰجَوْا۟ بِٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِىٓ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ
Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo izaa tanaajaytum falaa tatanaajaw bil ismi wal 'udwaani wa ma'siyatir rasooli wa tanaajaw bil birri wattaqwaa wattaqul laahal lazeee ilaihi tuhsharoon
“O ye who believe! When ye conspire together, conspire not together for crime and wrongdoing and disobedience toward the messenger, but conspire together for righteousness and piety, and keep your duty toward Allah, unto whom ye will be gathered.”
“O ye who believe! When ye hold secret counsel, do it not for iniquity and hostility, and disobedience to the Prophet; but do it for righteousness and self-restraint; and fear Allah, to Whom ye shall be brought back.”
“O you who have believed, when you converse privately, do not converse about sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger but converse about righteousness and piety. And fear Allah, to whom you will be gathered.”
“মুমিনগণ, তোমরা যখন কানাকানি কর, তখন পাপাচার, সীমালংঘন ও রসূলের অবাধ্যতার বিষয়ে কানাকানি করো না বরং অনুগ্রহ ও খোদাভীতির ব্যাপারে কানাকানি করো। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, যাঁর কাছে তোমরা একত্রিত হবে।”
“مومنو! جب تم آپس میں سرگوشیاں کرنے لگو تو گناہ اور زیادتی اور پیغمبر کی نافرمانی کی باتیں نہ کرنا بلکہ نیکوکاری اور پرہیزگاری کی باتیں کرنا۔ اور خدا سے جس کے سامنے جمع کئے جاؤ گے ڈرتے رہنا”
