Surah At-Tawbah · Ayah 13

Alaa tuqaatiloona qawman nakasooo aimaanahum wa hammoo bi ikhraajir Rasooli wa hum bada'ookum awwala marrah; atakhshawnahum; fallaahu ahaqqu an takhshawhu in kuntum mu'mineen

“Will ye not fight a folk who broke their solemn pledges, and purposed to drive out the messenger and did attack you first? What! Fear ye them? Now Allah hath more right that ye should fear Him, if ye are believers”

“Will ye not fight people who violated their oaths, plotted to expel the Messenger, and took the aggressive by being the first (to assault) you? Do ye fear them? Nay, it is Allah Whom ye should more justly fear, if ye believe!”

“Would you not fight a people who broke their oaths and determined to expel the Messenger, and they had begun [the attack upon] you the first time? Do you fear them? But Allah has more right that you should fear Him, if you are [truly] believers.”

“তোমরা কি সেই দলের সাথে যুদ্ধ করবে না; যারা ভঙ্গ করেছে নিজেদের শপথ এবং সঙ্কল্প নিয়েছে রসূলকে বহিস্কারের? আর এরাই প্রথম তোমাদের সাথে বিবাদের সূত্রপাত করেছে। তোমরা কি তাদের ভয় কর? অথচ তোমাদের ভয়ের অধিকতর যোগ্য হলেন আল্লাহ, যদি তোমরা মুমিন হও।”

“بھلا تم ایسے لوگوں سے کیوں نہ لڑو جنہوں نے اپنی قسموں کو توڑ ڈالا اور پیغمبر (خدا) کے جلا وطن کرنے کا عزم مصمم کر لیا اور انہوں نے تم سے (عہد شکنی کی) ابتدا کی۔ کیا تم ایسے لوگوں سے ڈرتے ہو حالانکہ ڈرنے کے لائق خدا ہے بشرطیکہ ایمان رکھتے ہو”
