Surah Hud · Ayah 54

“We say naught save that one of our gods hath possessed thee in an evil way. He said: I call Allah to witness, and do ye (too) bear witness, that I am innocent of (all) that ye ascribe as partners (to Allah)”

“"We say nothing but that (perhaps) some of our gods may have seized thee with imbecility." He said: "I call Allah to witness, and do ye bear witness, that I am free from the sin of ascribing, to Him,”

“We only say that some of our gods have possessed you with evil." He said, "Indeed, I call Allah to witness, and witness [yourselves] that I am free from whatever you associate with Allah”

“বরং আমরাও তো বলি যে, আমাদের কোন দেবতা তোমার উপরে শোচনীয় ভূত চাপিয়ে দিয়েছে। হুদ বললেন-আমি আল্লাহকে সাক্ষী করেছি আর তোমাও সাক্ষী থাক যে, আমার কোন সম্পর্ক নাই তাঁদের সাথে যাদের কে তোমরা শরিক করছ;”

“ہم تو یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہمارے کسی معبود نے تمہیں آسیب پہنچا کر (دیوانہ کر) دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میں خدا کو گواہ کرتا ہوں اور تم بھی گواہ رہو کہ جن کو تم (خدا کا) شریک بناتے ہو میں اس سے بیزار ہوں”
