Surah Ibrahim · Ayah 45

“And (have ye not) dwelt in the dwellings of those who wronged themselves (of old) and (hath it not) become plain to you how We dealt with them and made examples for you?”

“"And ye dwelt in the dwellings of men who wronged their own souls; ye were clearly shown how We dealt with them; and We put forth (many) parables in your behoof!"”

“And you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them. And We presented for you [many] examples."”

“তোমরা তাদের বাসভূমিতেই বসবাস করতে, যারা নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করেছে এবং তোমাদের জানা হয়ে গিয়েছিল যে, আমি তাদের সাথে কিরূপ ব্যবহার করেছি এবং আমি তোমাদেরকে ওদের সব কাহিনীই বর্ণনা করেছি।”

“اور جو لوگ اپنے آپ پر ظلم کرتے تھے تم ان کے مکانوں میں رہتے تھے اور تم پر ظاہر ہوچکا تھا کہ ہم نے ان لوگوں کے ساتھ کس طرح (کا معاملہ) کیا تھا اور تمہارے (سمجھانے) کے لیے مثالیں بیان کر دی تھیں”
