Surah Al-Furqan · Ayah 45

“Hast thou not seen how thy Lord hath spread the shade - And if He willed He could have made it still - then We have made the sun its pilot;”

“Hast thou not turned thy vision to thy Lord?- How He doth prolong the shadow! If He willed, He could make it stationary! then do We make the sun its guide;”

“Have you not considered your Lord - how He extends the shadow, and if He willed, He could have made it stationary? Then We made the sun for it an indication.”

“তুমি কি তোমার পালনকর্তাকে দেখ না, তিনি কিভাবে ছায়াকে বিলম্বিত করেন? তিনি ইচ্ছা করলে একে স্থির রাখতে পারতেন। এরপর আমি সূর্যকে করেছি এর নির্দেশক।”

“بلکہ تم نے اپنے پروردگار (کی قدرت) کو نہیں دیکھا کہ وہ سائے کو کس طرح دراز کر (کے پھیلا) دیتا ہے۔ اور اگر وہ چاہتا تو اس کو (بےحرکت) ٹھیرا رکھتا پھر سورج کو اس کا رہنما بنا دیتا ہے”
