115 verses

  1. Surah Al-Baqarah · 7Allah hath sealed their hearing and their hearts, and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be an awful doom.
  2. Surah An-Nisa · 10Lo! Those who devour the wealth of orphans wrongfully, they do but swallow fire into their bellies, and they will be exposed to burning flame.
  3. Surah Al-Anam · 2He it is Who hath created you from clay, and hath decreed a term for you. A term is fixed with Him. Yet still ye doubt!
  4. Surah Al-Anam · 8They say: Why hath not an angel been sent down unto him? If We sent down an angel, then the matter would be judged; no further time would be allowed them (for reflection).
  5. Surah Al-Araf · 13He said: Then go down hence! It is not for thee to show pride here, so go forth! Lo! thou art of those degraded.
  6. Surah At-Tawbah · 11But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then are they your brethren in religion. We detail Our revelations for a people who have knowledge.
  7. Surah Yunus · 5He it is Who appointed the sun a splendour and the moon a light, and measured for her stages, that ye might know the number of the years, and the reckoning. Allah created not (all) that save in truth. He detaileth the revelations for people who have knowledge.
  8. Surah Yunus · 6Lo! in the difference of day and night and all that Allah hath created in the heavens and the earth are portents, verily, for folk who ward off (evil).
  9. Surah Hud · 9And if we cause man to taste some mercy from Us and afterward withdraw it from him, lo! he is despairing, thankless.
  10. Surah Yusuf · 1Alif. Lam. Ra. These are verse of the Scripture that maketh plain.
  11. Surah Yusuf · 3We narrate unto thee (Muhammad) the best of narratives in that We have inspired in thee this Qur'an, though aforetime thou wast of the heedless.

  16. Surah An-Nahl · 9And Allah's is the direction of the way, and some (roads) go not straight. And had He willed He would have led you all aright.
  17. Surah Al-Isra · 13And every man's augury have We fastened to his own neck, and We shall bring forth for him on the Day of Resurrection a book which he will find wide open.
  18. Surah Al-Kahf · 2(But hath made it) straight, to give warning of stern punishment from Him, and to bring unto the believers who do good works the news that theirs will be a fair reward,
  19. Surah Maryam · 9He said: So (it will be). Thy Lord saith: It is easy for Me, even as I created thee before, when thou wast naught.
  20. Surah Ta Ha · 13And I have chosen thee, so hearken unto that which is inspired.
  21. Surah Al-Hajj · 4For him it is decreed that whoso taketh him for friend, he verily will mislead him and will guide him to the punishment of the Flame.
  22. Surah Al-Hajj · 5O mankind! if ye are in doubt concerning the Resurrection, then lo! We have created you from dust, then from a drop of seed, then from a clot, then from a little lump of flesh shapely and shapeless, that We may make (it) clear for you. And We cause what We will to remain in the wombs for an appointed time, and afterward We bring you forth as infants, then (give you growth) that ye attain your full strength. And among you there is he who dieth (young), and among you there is he who is brought back to the most abject time of life, so that, after knowledge, he knoweth naught. And thou (Muhammad) seest the earth barren, but when We send down water thereon, it doth thrill and swell and put forth every lovely kind (of growth).
  23. Surah Al-Hajj · 9Turning away in pride to beguile (men) from the way of Allah. For him in this world is ignominy, and on the Day of Resurrection We make him taste the doom of burning.
  24. Surah Al-Muminun · 14Then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators!
  25. Surah An-Nur · 1(Here is) a surah which We have revealed and enjoined, and wherein We have revealed plain tokens, that haply ye may take heed.
  26. Surah An-Nur · 3The adulterer shall not marry save an adulteress or an idolatress, and the adulteress none shall marry save an adulterer or an idolater. All that is forbidden unto believers.
  27. Surah Al-Furqan · 9See how they coin similitudes for thee, so that they are all astray and cannot find a road!
  28. Surah Ash-Shuara · 6Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff.
  29. Surah Ash-Shuara · 13And I shall be embarrassed, and my tongue will not speak plainly, therefor send for Aaron (to help me).
  30. Surah Al-Qasas · 9And the wife of Pharaoh said: (He will be) a consolation for me and for thee. Kill him not. Peradventure he may be of use to us, or we may choose him for a son. And they perceived not.
  31. Surah Al-Ankabut · 13But they verily will bear their own loads and other loads beside their own, and they verily will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection concerning that which they invented.

  33. Surah Luqman · 9Wherein they will abide. It is a promise of Allah in truth. He is the Mighty, the Wise.
  34. Surah As-Sajdah · 13And if We had so willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me concerning evildoers took effect: that I will fill hell with the jinn and mankind together.
  35. Surah Saba · 4That He may reward those who believe and do good works. For them is pardon and a rich provision.
  36. Surah Saba · 5But those who strive against Our revelations, challenging (Us), theirs will be a painful doom of wrath.
  37. Surah Saba · 9Have they not observed what is before them and what is behind them of the sky and the earth? If We will, We can make the earth swallow them, or cause obliteration from the sky to fall on them. Lo! herein surely is a portent for every slave who turneth (to Allah) repentant.
  38. Surah Fatir · 13He maketh the night to pass into the day and He maketh the day to pass into the night. He hath subdued the sun and moon to service. Each runneth unto an appointed term. Such is Allah, your Lord; His is the Sovereignty; and those unto whom ye pray instead of Him own not so much as the white spot on a date-stone.

  50. Surah Al-Ahqaf · 5And who is further astray than those who, instead of Allah, pray unto such as hear not their prayer until the Day of Resurrection, and are unconscious of their prayer,
  51. Surah Al-Ahqaf · 6And when mankind are gathered (to the Judgment) will become enemies for them, and will become deniers of having been worshipped.
  52. Surah Muhammad · 10Have they not travelled in the land to see the nature of the consequence for those who were before them? Allah wiped them out. And for the disbelievers there will be the like thereof.
  53. Surah Al-Fath · 2That Allah may forgive thee of thy sin that which is past and that which is to come, and may perfect His favour unto thee, and may guide thee on a right path,
  54. Surah Al-Fath · 4He it is Who sent down peace of reassurance into the hearts of the believers that they might add faith unto their faith. Allah's are the hosts of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is ever Knower, Wise -
  55. Surah Al-Fath · 13And so for him who believeth not in Allah and His messenger - Lo! We have prepared a flame for disbelievers.
  56. Surah Qaf · 6Have they not then observed the sky above them, how We have constructed it and beautified it, and how there are no rifts therein?

This, that ye may put trust in Allah and His messenger. Such are the limits (imposed by Allah); and for disbelievers is a painful doom.
  64. Surah Al-Mujadila · 5Lo! those who oppose Allah and His messenger will be abased even as those before them were abased; and We have sent down clear tokens, and for disbelievers is a shameful doom
  65. Surah Al-Mujadila · 6On the day when Allah will raise them all together and inform them of what they did. Allah hath kept account of it while they forgot it. And Allah is Witness over all things.
  66. Surah Al-Hashr · 9Those who entered the city and the faith before them love those who flee unto them for refuge, and find in their breasts no need for that which hath been given them, but prefer (the fugitives) above themselves though poverty become their lot. And whoso is saved from his own avarice - such are they who are successful.
  67. Surah Al-Mumtahanah · 1O ye who believe! Choose not My enemy and your enemy for allies. Do ye give them friendship when they disbelieve in that truth which hath come unto you, driving out the messenger and you because ye believe in Allah, your Lord? If ye have come forth to strive in My way and seeking My good pleasure, (show them not friendship). Do ye show friendship unto them in secret, when I am Best Aware of what ye hide and what ye proclaim? And whosoever doeth it among you, he verily hath strayed from the right way.
  68. Surah Al-Mumtahanah · 3Your ties of kindred and your children will avail you naught upon the Day of Resurrection. He will part you. Allah is Seer of what ye do.
  69. Surah Al-Mumtahanah · 13O ye who believe! Be not friendly with a folk with whom Allah is wroth, (a folk) who have despaired of the Hereafter as the disbelievers despair of those who are in the graves.
  70. Surah Al-Jumuah · 10And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful.
  71. Surah At-Taghabun · 12Obey Allah and obey His messenger; but if ye turn away, then the duty of Our messenger is only to convey (the message) plainly.
  72. Surah At-Tahrim · 2Allah hath made lawful for you (Muslims) absolution from your oaths (of such a kind), and Allah is your Protector. He is the Knower, the Wise.
  73. Surah At-Tahrim · 9O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey's end.
  74. Surah Al-Mulk · 15He it is Who hath made the earth subservient unto you, so Walk in the paths thereof and eat of His providence. And unto Him will be the resurrection (of the dead).
  75. Surah Al-Haqqah · 8Canst thou (O Muhammad) see any remnant of them?
  76. Surah Al-Maarij · 4(Whereby) the angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years.
