  1. Surah Al-Fatihah · 6Show us the straight path,
  2. Surah Al-Baqarah · 1Alif. Lam. Mim.
  3. Surah Al-Baqarah · 3Who believe in the Unseen, and establish worship, and spend of that We have bestowed upon them;
  4. Surah Al-Baqarah · 4And who believe in that which is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) and that which was revealed before thee, and are certain of the Hereafter.
  5. Surah Al-Baqarah · 9They think to beguile Allah and those who believe, and they beguile none save themselves; but they perceive not.
  6. Surah Aal ʿImran · 8Our Lord! Cause not our hearts to stray after Thou hast guided us, and bestow upon us mercy from Thy Presence. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Bestower.
  7. Surah An-Nisa · 7Unto the men (of a family) belongeth a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, and unto the women a share of that which parents and near kindred leave, whether it be little or much - a legal share.
  8. Surah An-Nisa · 12And unto you belongeth a half of that which your wives leave, if they have no child; but if they have a child then unto you the fourth of that which they leave, after any legacy they may have bequeathed, or debt (they may have contracted, hath been paid). And unto them belongeth the fourth of that which ye leave if ye have no child, but if ye have a child then the eighth of that which ye leave, after any legacy ye may have bequeathed, or debt (ye may have contracted, hath been paid). And if a man or a woman have a distant heir (having left neither parent nor child), and he (or she) have a brother or a sister (only on the mother's side) then to each of them twain (the brother and the sister) the sixth, and if they be more than two, then they shall be sharers in the third, after any legacy that may have been bequeathed or debt (contracted) not injuring (the heirs by willing away more than a third of the heritage) hath been paid. A commandment from Allah. Allah is Knower, Indulgent.
  9. Surah Al-Anam · 10Messengers (of Allah) have been derided before thee, but that whereat they scoffed surrounded such of them as did deride.
  10. Surah Al-Anfal · 2They only are the (true) believers whose hearts feel fear when Allah is mentioned, and when His revelations are recited unto them they increase their faith, and who trust in their Lord;
  11. Surah Al-Anfal · 3Who establish worship and spend of that We have bestowed on them.
  12. Surah Al-Anfal · 9When ye sought help of your Lord and He answered you (saying): I will help you with a thousand of the angels, rank on rank.
  13. Surah At-Tawbah · 13Will ye not fight a folk who broke their solemn pledges, and purposed to drive out the messenger and did attack you first? What! Fear ye them? Now Allah hath more right that ye should fear Him, if ye are believers
  14. Surah Yunus · 57O mankind! There hath come unto you an exhortation from your Lord, a balm for that which is in the breasts, a guidance and a mercy for believers.
  15. Surah Hud · 11Save those who persevere and do good works. Theirs will be forgiveness and a great reward.
  16. Surah Yusuf · 5He said: O my dear son! Tell not thy brethren of thy vision, lest they plot a plot against thee. Lo! Satan is for man an open foe.
  17. Surah Yusuf · 6Thus thy Lord will prefer thee and will teach thee the interpretation of events, and will perfect His grace upon thee and upon the family of Jacob as He perfected it upon thy forefathers, Abraham and Isaac. Lo! thy Lord is Knower, Wise.
  18. Surah Ar-Rad · 9He is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, the Great, the High Exalted.
  19. Surah Ibrahim · 1Alif. Lam. Ra. (This is) a Scripture which We have revealed unto thee (Muhammad) that thereby thou mayst bring forth mankind from darkness unto light, by the permission of their Lord, unto the path of the Mighty, the Owner of Praise,
  20. Surah Ibrahim · 3Those who love the life of the world more than the Hereafter, and debar (men) from the way of Allah and would have it crooked: such are far astray.
  21. Surah Ibrahim · 4And We never sent a messenger save with the language of his folk, that he might make (the message) clear for them. Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will. He is the Mighty, the Wise.
  22. Surah Ibrahim · 15And they sought help (from their Lord) and every froward potentate was bought to naught;
  23. Surah Al-Hijr · 9Lo! We, even We, reveal the Reminder, and lo! We verily are its Guardian.
  24. Surah An-Nahl · 6And wherein is beauty for you, when ye bring them home, and when ye take them out to pasture.
  25. Surah An-Nahl · 11Therewith He causeth crops to grow for you, and the olive and the date-palm and grapes and all kinds of fruit. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect.
  26. Surah Al-Kahf · 7Lo! We have placed all that is on the earth as an ornament thereof that We may try them: which of them is best in conduct.
  27. Surah Al-Kahf · 10When the young men fled for refuge to the Cave and said: Our Lord! Give us mercy from Thy presence, and shape for us right conduct in our plight.
  28. Surah Maryam · 11Then he came forth unto his people from the sanctuary, and signified to them: Glorify your Lord at break of day and fall of night.
  29. Surah Ta Ha · 2We have not revealed unto thee (Muhammad) this Qur'an that thou shouldst be distressed,
  30. Surah Al-Anbiya · 7And We sent not (as Our messengers) before thee other than men, whom We inspired. Ask the followers of the Reminder if ye know not?
  31. Surah Al-Hajj · 11And among mankind is he who worshippeth Allah upon a narrow marge so that if good befalleth him he is content therewith, but if a trial befalleth him, he falleth away utterly. He loseth both the world and the Hereafter. That is the sheer loss.
  32. Surah An-Nur · 4And those who accuse honourable women but bring not four witnesses, scourge them (with) eighty stripes and never (afterward) accept their testimony - They indeed are evil-doers -
  33. Surah An-Nur · 5Save those who afterward repent and make amends. (For such) lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
  34. Surah An-Nur · 7And yet a fifth, invoking the curse of Allah on him if he is of those who lie.
  35. Surah Al-Furqan · 11Nay, but they deny (the coming of) the Hour, and for those who deny (the coming of) the Hour We have prepared a flame.

  37. Surah Ash-Shuara · 3It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not.
  38. Surah An-Naml · 7(Remember) when Moses said unto his household: Lo! I spy afar off a fire; I will bring you tidings thence, or bring to you a borrowed flame that ye may warm yourselves.
  39. Surah Al-Qasas · 6And to establish them in the earth, and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts that which they feared from them.
  40. Surah Al-Qasas · 11And she said unto his sister: Trace him. So she observed him from afar, and they perceived not.
  41. Surah Al-ʿAnkabut · 69As for those who strive in Us, We surely guide them to Our paths, and lo! Allah is with the good.
  42. Surah Ar-Rum · 7They know only some appearance of the life of the world, and are heedless of the Hereafter.
  43. Surah Luqman · 11This is the Creation of Allah. Now show me that which those (ye worship) beside Him have created. Nay, but the wrong-doers are in error manifest!
  44. Surah As-Sajdah · 2The revelation of the Scripture whereof there is no doubt is from the Lord of the Worlds.
  45. Surah Al-Ahzab · 7And when We exacted a covenant from the prophets, and from thee (O Muhammad) and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus son of Mary. We took from them a solemn covenant;
  46. Surah Saba · 11Saying: Make thou long coats of mail and measure the links (thereof). And do ye right. Lo! I am Seer of what ye do.
  47. Surah Ya Sin · 4On a straight path,

  49. Surah Ya Sin · 7Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not.
  50. Surah As-Saffat · 11Then ask them (O Muhammad): Are they stronger as a creation, or those (others) whom we have created? Lo! We created them of plastic clay.
  51. Surah Sad · 1Sad. By the renowned Qur'an,
  52. Surah Sad · 3How many a generation We destroyed before them, and they cried out when it was no longer the time for escape!
  53. Surah Sad · 29(This is) a Scripture that We have revealed unto thee, full of blessing, that they may ponder its revelations, and that men of understanding may reflect.
  54. Surah Az-Zumar · 7If ye are thankless, yet Allah is Independent of you, though He is not pleased with thanklessness for His bondmen; and if ye are thankful He is pleased therewith for you. No laden soul will bear another's load. Then unto your Lord is your return; and He will tell you what ye used to do. Lo! He knoweth what is in the breasts (of men).
  55. Surah Ghafir · 6Thus was the word of thy Lord concerning those who disbelieve fulfilled: That they are owners of the Fire.
  56. Surah Ghafir · 11They say: Our Lord! Twice hast Thou made us die, and twice hast Thou made us live. Now we confess our sins. Is there any way to go out?
  57. Surah Ash-Shura · 7And thus We have inspired in thee a Lecture in Arabic, that thou mayst warn the mother-town and those around it, and mayst warn of a day of assembling whereof there is no doubt. A host will be in the Garden, and a host of them in the Flame.
  58. Surah Az-Zukhruf · 11And Who sendeth down water from the sky in (due) measure, and We revive a dead land therewith. Even so will ye be brought forth;
  59. Surah Ad-Dukhan · 2By the Scripture that maketh plain
  60. Surah Ad-Dukhan · 3Lo! We revealed it on a blessed night - Lo! We are ever warning -
  61. Surah Ad-Dukhan · 15Lo! We withdraw the torment a little. Lo! ye return (to disbelief).
  62. Surah Al-Ahqaf · 8Or say they: He hath invented it? Say (O Muhammad): If I have invented it, still ye have no power to support me against Allah. He is Best Aware of what ye say among yourselves concerning it. He sufficeth for a witness between me and you. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
  63. Surah Muhammad · 12Lo! Allah will cause those who believe and do good works to enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow; while those who disbelieve take their comfort in this life and eat even as the cattle eat, and the Fire is their habitation.
  64. Surah Al-Fath · 5That He may bring the believing men and the believing women into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide, and may remit from them their evil deeds - That, in the sight of Allah, is the supreme triumph -
  65. Surah Al-Fath · 6And may punish the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women, and the idolatrous men and the idolatrous women, who think an evil thought concerning Allah. For them is the evil turn of fortune, and Allah is wroth against them and hath cursed them, and hath made ready for them hell, a hapless journey's end.
  66. Surah Al-Fath · 15Those who were left behind will say, when ye set forth to capture booty: Let us go with you. They fain would change the verdict of Allah. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Ye shall not go with us. Thus hath Allah said beforehand. Then they will say: Ye are envious of us. Nay, but they understand not, save a little.
  67. Surah Qaf · 1Qaf. By the Glorious Qur'an,
  68. Surah Qaf · 3When we are dead and have become dust (shall we be brought back again)? That would be a far return!
  69. Surah Qaf · 8A vision and a reminder for every penitent slave.
  70. Surah Adh-Dhariyat · 11Who are careless in an abyss!
  71. Surah At-Tur · 14(And it is said unto them): This is the Fire which ye were wont to deny.
  72. Surah Al-Qamar · 8Hastening toward the summoner; the disbelievers say: This is a hard day.
  73. Surah Al-Qamar · 17And in truth We have made the Qur'an easy to remember; but is there any that remembereth?

Surah Al-Mujadila · 8Hast thou not observed those who were forbidden conspiracy and afterward returned to that which they had been forbidden, and (now) conspire together for crime and wrongdoing and disobedience toward the messenger? And when they come unto thee they greet thee with a greeting wherewith Allah greeteth thee not, and say within themselves: Why should Allah punish us for what we say? Hell will suffice them; they will feel the heat thereof - a hapless journey's end!
  79. Surah Al-Hashr · 11Hast thou not observed those who are hypocrites, (how) they tell their brethren who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture: If ye are driven out, we surely will go out with you, and we will never obey anyone against you, and if ye are attacked we verily will help you. And Allah beareth witness that they verily are liars.
  80. Surah Al-Mumtahanah · 4There is a goodly pattern for you in Abraham and those with him, when they told their folk: Lo! we are guiltless of you and all that ye worship beside Allah. We have done with you. And there hath arisen between us and you hostility and hate for ever until ye believe in Allah only - save that which Abraham promised his father (when he said): I will ask forgiveness for thee, though I own nothing for thee from Allah - Our Lord! In Thee we put our trust, and unto Thee we turn repentant, and unto Thee is the journeying.
  81. Surah Al-Mumtahanah · 5Our Lord! Make us not a prey for those who disbelieve, and forgive us, our Lord! Lo! Thou, only Thou, are the Mighty, the Wise.
  82. Surah As-Saff · 8Fain would they put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light however much the disbelievers are averse.
  83. Surah Al-Jumuah · 1All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah, the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One, the Mighty, the Wise.
  84. Surah Al-Jumuah · 3Along with others of them who have not yet joined them. He is the Mighty, the Wise.
  85. Surah Al-Munafiqun · 6Whether thou ask forgiveness for them or ask not forgiveness for them is all one for them; Allah will not forgive them. Lo! Allah guideth not the evil-living folk.
  86. Surah At-Taghabun · 14O ye who believe! Lo! among your wives and your children there are enemies for you, therefor beware of them. And if ye efface and overlook and forgive, then lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
  87. Surah At-Tahrim · 11And Allah citeth an example for those who believe: the wife of Pharaoh when she said: My Lord! Build for me a home with thee in the Garden, and deliver me from Pharaoh and his work, and deliver me from evil-doing folk;
  88. Surah Al-Qalam · 2Thou art not, for thy Lord's favour unto thee, a madman.
  89. Surah Al-Qalam · 8Therefor obey not thou the rejecters
  90. Surah Al-Haqqah · 10And they disobeyed the messenger of their Lord, therefor did He grip them with a tightening grip.
  91. Surah Al-Maarij · 14And all that are in the earth, if then it might deliver him.
  92. Surah Al-Jinn · 4And that the foolish one among us used to speak concerning Allah an atrocious lie.
  93. Surah Al-Jinn · 5And lo! we had supposed that humankind and jinn would not speak a lie concerning Allah -
  94. Surah Al-Jinn · 7And indeed they supposed, even as ye suppose, that Allah would not raise anyone (from the dead) -
  95. Surah Al-Muzzammil · 10And bear with patience what they utter, and part from them with a fair leave-taking.

  97. Surah Al-Muddaththir · 3Thy Lord magnify,
  98. Surah Al-Muddaththir · 13And sons abiding in his presence
  99. Surah Al-Insan · 3Lo! We have shown him the way, whether he be grateful or disbelieving.
  100. Surah Al-Insan · 8And feed with food the needy wretch, the orphan and the prisoner, for love of Him,

  127. Surah Al-Bayyinah · 7(And) lo! those who believe and do good works are the best of created beings.
  128. Surah Al-Humazah · 3He thinketh that his wealth will render him immortal.
  129. Surah Al-Humazah · 8Lo! it is closed in on them
  130. Surah An-Nasr · 1When Allah's succour and the triumph cometh
  131. Surah Al-Falaq · 4And from the evil of malignant witchcraft,
